projects- we do them all.
Our service areas are the Shadow Creek Ranch, Country Place, Southdown,
Silver Creek and Silverlake subdivisions
as well as the greater Pearland, Manvel, Alvin, Hobby Area and surrounding
areas.
About Us:
Pearland Handyman .Com is a family owned business. Brian Hood is the owner
and performs most of the work himself with the help
of a few well trained helpers. We work hard and do it right the first
time, and we have been doing business that way for 19 years.
We are insured for your protection and we do not require any money upfront to
begin a project.
We will treat your home just as we would want someone to treat ours.
Rates:
Hourly rates start at $70/hr with a 2 hour minimum for a two man crew
plus the cost of any materials.
Hourly rates start at $100/hr with a 2 hour minimum for a three man crew plus
the cost of any materials.
Extra time is billed
in 1/2 hour increments and we don't charge for the first 30 minutes of arrival and set up time.
Flat rate quotes are also available on larger projects when necessary but our
average labor bill is usually around $280.00
Some handyman services may charge less but how many people are they bringing?
We've been doing this for nearly 20 years and a one man show can not perform most
jobs effectively.
They may charge less but they will be there a lot longer! Some handyman services
contract their work out to the lowest bidder.
We may not be the cheapest, but we will do it right and will guarantee our work
for two years in most cases.
